Flush Bottom Valve
The unique MICRO 1"
to 4" Flush Bottom Ball Valve find application in dumping / delivering
100 % stock from the reactor, Vessel, Kettle etc. The special featured
Flush Bottom Ball Valve when mounted on the vessel pad opens along the
vessel inner surface, avoiding cold zone pocket carefully profiled to
fit Tank Bottom. Body-Ball Cavity filler prevents entrapment leading to
contamination, hazards and production loss. Quarter turn Flush Bottom
Valves are low torque and quick flushing. The acutely mounted actuator
avoids automation system falling with the vessel. The valve drains
fully through straight full bore port.
